- Provide ongoing troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure systems support through incident management and change management.
- Manage system releases and coordinate validation activities, including testing execution.
- Assist users in adopting solutions as needed.
- Conduct high-level investigations on functional and technical requirements and feasibility studies.
- Organize and lead working groups to specify business requirements.
- Coordinate configuration of functionalities with vendors based on user requirements.
- Document processes consistently and simply.
- Contribute to the development of business test scenarios and perform tests to ensure functional coverage.
- Support and train users as necessary.
- Support the continuous design of the Talent and Performance roadmap.
- Provide technical expertise on Performance & Development, Talent Management, and Peakon.
- Comply with group guidelines on documentation, change management, and audit processes.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Workday, specifically in Talent and Performance, within HRIS teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience in HRIS implementations, customization, or maintenance. Consulting experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Workday Peakon and SAP HR is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; French is advantageous.
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions.
- Experience in writing functional specifications and test cases.
- Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation.
- Well-organized with a solution-oriented approach.
- Open-minded, curious, and flexible with a creative mindset.
At least 4 years of experience in Workday within Talent and Performance, working in HRIS teams.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
