- Assist in the ongoing implementation of the Workday Talent and Performance Module.
- Collaborate with the HR People Engagement team to manage data integration for employee listening surveys.
- Support the deployment of Employee Listening Surveys across various Maisons, Functions, and Regions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Mandatory internship agreement with a school or university.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Client-oriented mindset.
- Open-mindedness and ability to connect ideas.
No prior experience required, but a strong initiative and team spirit are essential.
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program with an internship agreement.
