1. Act as a strategic business partner, providing expert HR advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal frameworks.
2. Proactively update and amend HR practices, policies, and procedures in response to legislative changes and business needs, ensuring legal compliance and safeguarding business interests.
3. Lead talent assessments and management initiatives, contributing to organizational capability building and process optimization.
4. Collaborate with Finance to manage staff cost budgets and forecasts, aligning with the company's compensation and reward philosophy.
5. Oversee individual and collective litigations, coordinating with legal counsel and escalating significant legal cases to the HR Director as necessary.
6. Ensure high-quality data management and HR metrics to support strategic, data-driven decision-making.

2. Fluency in Italian and English.
