Richemont HR Manager

- Act as a strategic business partner, providing expert HR advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal frameworks.
- Proactively update and amend HR practices, policies, and procedures in response to legislative changes and business needs, ensuring legal compliance and safeguarding business interests.
- Lead talent assessments and management initiatives, contributing to organizational capability building and process optimization.
- Collaborate with Finance to manage staff cost budgets and forecasts, aligning with the company's compensation and reward philosophy.
- Oversee individual and collective litigations, coordinating with legal counsel and escalating significant legal cases to the HR Director as necessary.
- Ensure high-quality data management and HR metrics to support strategic, data-driven decision-making.
- Extensive experience in HR management with progressive responsibility.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- In-depth knowledge of Italian employment law and HR practices.
- Proficiency in navigating matrix organizations.
- Strong project and change management skills with a digital mindset.
- Ability to influence senior management towards best HR practices.
- Strong business acumen and customer orientation.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- Analytical and data-driven with a people-centric approach.
Significant experience in HR management roles, demonstrating a progressive increase in responsibility.
