Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner for the designated population, providing advice and support on HR matters aligned with business objectives and legal frameworks.
- Proactively suggest and drive updates in practices, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance and business safeguarding.
- Lead talent assessments and management initiatives, contributing to organizational capabilities and processes.
- Manage staff cost budget and forecast in collaboration with Finance, including compensation and reward philosophy.
- Handle individual and collective litigations, coordinating with lawyers and escalating cases to HR Director Italy when necessary.
- Ensure high-quality data and HR metrics for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Extensive experience in HR management with increasing responsibility
- Excellent knowledge of Italian employment law and HR practices
- Matrix-organization savvy

Experience Requirements
