1. Act as a business partner for the designated population, providing advice and support on HR matters aligned with business objectives and legal frameworks.
2. Proactively suggest and drive updates in practices, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance and business safeguarding.
3. Lead talent assessments and management initiatives, contributing to organizational capabilities and processes.
4. Manage staff cost budget and forecast in collaboration with Finance, including compensation and reward philosophy.
5. Handle individual and collective litigations, coordinating with lawyers and escalating cases to HR Director Italy when necessary.
6. Ensure high-quality data and HR metrics for strategic decision-making.

1. Fluency in Italian and English
2. Extensive experience in HR management with increasing responsibility
3. Excellent knowledge of Italian employment law and HR practices
