- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Varicent data imports, rules, and commission calculations.
- Validate technical and functional specifications for new requirements and enhancements.
- Support data validation processes to ensure accurate payee and commission information.
- Follow up on change requests with the implementation partner and internal teams.
- Carry out change requests within established governance frameworks.
- Share best practices for the utilization and deployment of Varicent products to maximize business value.
- Identify gaps and propose improvements in Varicent workflows and data structures.
- Create and maintain documentation for Business As Usual (BAU) processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support the development of training materials and best practice guides for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for new configurations, updates, and enhancements.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field.
- Internship agreement with the University.
- First relevant technical experience through internships, coursework, or projects.
- Familiarity with relational databases, basic administration, and SQL scripting.
- Understanding of client-server architecture.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and database query handling is a plus.
- Experience or strong interest in web-based application troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of HRIS systems, data validation, or IT support processes.
- Strong skills in gap analysis and system optimization best practices are a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and an affinity for mathematics.
- Interest in HR technology, system implementation, and digital solution delivery.
- Strong communication skills in English and French (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment.
First relevant technical experience through internships, coursework, or projects is required.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field.
Exposure to enterprise-level HR and commission management systems, experience working on global projects with cross-functional collaboration, opportunity to develop technical and project coordination skills, practical knowledge of digital transformation processes in HR and Sales systems, mentorship and professional development opportunities.
