- Support the HR department in developing, maintaining, and enhancing data analytics solutions to aid strategic HR decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Reward & HR Controlling team and HR Functions to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.
- Create, improve, and monitor Power BI Dashboards to track key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment, overtime, and balance on a monthly basis.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from HR Business Partners and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by implementing data quality checks and processes.
- Maintain documentation of data sources, data definitions, and data processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using tools like Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, and VBA.
- Support the implementation of new HR systems and technologies.
- Enrollment in a Master’s degree or equivalent (HEC, HEG, etc.).
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
- Good listening skills and a collaborative attitude.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in data analytics or related fields is preferred.
Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
