HR Cost Planning Assistant Manager

1. Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR cost/headcount planning and controlling process.
2. Standardize HR planning and controlling processes across maisons and markets.
3. Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance team to ensure quality headcount planning and cost tracking.
4. Challenge the business to maintain cost discipline and justify significant variances.
5. Serve as a communication bridge between Finance, HR, and the business at local and regional levels.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Analytics, or Statistics is highly preferred.

1. Strong data analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships within HR teams and with business leaders.

At least 5 years of working experience in related areas such as FP&A or Business Analytics.
