Richemont HR Assistant Manager - Cost Planning

- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR cost and headcount planning process in collaboration with HR Business Partners and the Finance team.
- Standardize HR planning and controlling processes to ensure consistency across maisons and markets.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and the Finance team to ensure high-quality headcount planning, cost tracking, analysis, assumptions, and forecasts.
- Challenge the business to maintain cost discipline and justify significant variances.
- Serve as a communication bridge between Finance, HR, and the business at both local and regional levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Analytics, or Statistics is highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in related areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis or Business Analytics.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong aptitude for data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships within HR teams and with business leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Business Analytics is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Analytics, or Statistics is highly preferred.
