Responsibilities
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR cost/headcount planning and controlling process.
- Standardize HR planning and controlling processes across maisons and markets.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance team to ensure quality headcount planning and cost tracking.
- Challenge the business to maintain cost discipline and justify significant variances.
- Serve as a communication bridge between Finance, HR, and the business at local and regional levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Analytics, or Statistics is highly preferred.
Skills
- Strong data analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships within HR teams and with business leaders.
Experience Requirements
At least 5 years of working experience in related areas such as FP&A or Business Analytics.
