- Establish and maintain trustful relationships with business and staff.
- Deliver comprehensive Human Resources Management activities, including onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Implement HR processes, policies, and tools in alignment with Group practices.
- Collaborate with payroll providers for efficient execution and reporting.
- Maintain and update HR-related databases, including HR administration and time management.
- Support internal requirements by ensuring proper completion and submission of reports.
- Process employee inquiries related to Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Tax.
- Ensure HR administration and compliance.
- Provide advice and coaching to Managers and Employees on HR-related matters.
- Facilitate recruitment strategy and partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Support People Development and upskilling initiatives across the organization.
- Manage specific projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop strong connections with teams to identify key people topics and build action plans.
- Experience in HR Admin and Generalist roles with a recognized University degree.
- Confirmed knowledge of Portuguese Labor Law and HR practices.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and understanding of HR lifecycle/HR best practices.
- Governmental institution knowledge is a strong asset.
- Fluent in English; French is an asset.
- Legal background and consulting experience are advantageous.
- Self-starter with a quick learning ability and fast thinking.
- Excellent team player with autonomy.
- Curiosity and creativity with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in English and additional languages are beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in HR administration and generalist roles, with a deep understanding of Portuguese Labor Law and HR practices.
Recognized University degree in a relevant field.
