HR Business Partner

The Lisbon Technology Competency Center (TCC) is a key part of this transformation, providing innovative solutions and support to the business.

1. Establish trustful relationships with business and staff
2. Deliver Human Resources Management activities from on-boarding to off-boarding
3. Implement HR processes, policies, and tools according to Group practices
4. Collaborate with the payroll provider for efficient execution and reporting
5. Maintain and update HR-related databases
6. Process employee enquiries and requests related to Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Tax
7. Ensure HR administration and compliance
8. Provide advice and coaching to Managers and Employees on HR-related matters
9. Facilitate recruitment strategy and partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners
10. Support People Development and ensure upskilling to latest tech trends and certifications
11. Manage specific projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives
12. Develop strong connections with teams to build appropriate action plans

1. Experience as an HR Admin and Generalist role
2. Recognized University degree
3. Knowledge of Portuguese Labor Law and HR practices
4. Experience in end-to-end recruitment
5. General understanding of HR lifecycle/HR best practices
6. Governmental institution knowledge is a strong asset

Experience in HR Admin and Generalist roles with knowledge of Portuguese Labor Law and HR practices. Legal background and consulting experience are assets, as is any technology/data-related experience.
