Richemont Human Resources Administration Manager

- Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
- Oversee the payroll process for the entire Italian Richemont population, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Utilize people analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and inform strategic HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain accurate employee records in systems such as SAP HR, Zucchetti, and Workday.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives focused on process efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations within a matrix organization.
- Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Drive operational excellence within the HR department, identifying improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide expertise in compensation and benefits delivery, ensuring timely administration.
- Support audit and ODV activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Extensive experience in HR administration, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and regulations, with experience in national contracts, preferably CCNL Commerce.
- Proven ability to manage payroll processes across multiple entities.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SAP HR, Zucchetti, and ideally Workday.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Extensive experience in HR administration within a multinational company, with a focus on people analytics and ERP systems implementation.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
