Richemont HR Administration Manager

1. Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
2. Manage the payroll process for the Italian Richemont population, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
3. Utilize people analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
4. Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain accurate employee records.
5. Contribute to HR initiatives focusing on process efficiency and technology optimization.
6. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams within a matrix organization.
7. Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports.
8. Drive operational excellence and implement process improvements.
9. Provide expertise in compensation and benefits delivery.
10. Support audit and ODV activities as needed.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

1. Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and regulations.
2. Proven ability to manage payroll processes.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Experience with SAP HR, Zucchetti, and ideally Workday.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proven leadership skills.
9. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
10. Fluency in Italian and English.

Extensive experience in HR administration, preferably in a multinational company, with a focus on people analytics and ERP systems implementation.
