- Oversee HR functions within an industrial and manufacturing context.
- Establish trustful relationships to ensure business and team proximity.
- Collaborate with the Industrial Director and leadership team to develop a people strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Provide HR-related advice and coaching to managers and employees.
- Ensure accurate budget allocations and staff cost management with HR Controlling support.
- Lead and coordinate annual performance and talent reviews.
- Manage the compensation review process in line with budget and group rewards philosophy.
- Facilitate recruitment strategies and partner with talent acquisition teams to attract suitable candidates.
- Support people development and ensure performance standards are met.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage specific projects and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
- Support HR teams across various Italian manufacturing sites.
- Align with key HR stakeholders to ensure consistency with group HR processes and policies.
- Support the evolution of group HR strategy addressing F&A industrial needs.
- Strong experience in HR business partner roles within an industrial environment in Italy.
- Experience in the fashion industry is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in change management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
