- Define and implement the Group Cyber Risk & Advisory strategy in alignment with the overall Group Security strategy.
- Provide leadership in Cyber Resilience, including Cyber Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Cybersecurity Architecture, and Identity & Privileged Access Management.
- Drive and oversee the definition and implementation of frameworks for cybersecurity across the Group.
- Develop and implement effective governance practices to enable risk and control ownership.
- Lead and mentor multicultural and diverse teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
- Engage with executives across Richemont entities and participate in strategic cybersecurity forums and assessments.
- Collaborate with global functions to embed cybersecurity best practices within business processes and applications.
- Manage budget planning and ownership responsibilities for Cyber Risk & Advisory.
- Assist in deploying cybersecurity awareness programs and support other cybersecurity functions such as incident response and M&A.
- Proven experience in cyber security domains including cyber risk management, cyber control, cyber architecture, IAM, and PAM.
- Experience managing large, complex teams and a track record of talent development.
- Mastery of at least one recognized risk management framework (e.g., FAIR, NIST RMF, ISO 27005).
- Industry-recognized security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are advantageous.
- Familiarity with international security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, China PIPL).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, adaptable to various audiences including C-level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Business orientation.
Experience in large, multi-tiered, and international environments is essential.
Advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
