Richemont Head of Controlling

- Lead and develop a dynamic controlling team of five individuals, fostering a supportive and leadership-driven environment to meet financial objectives.
- Spearhead diverse transversal and automation projects, enhancing controlling processes and systems by identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Act as the primary local finance business partner to multiple Maisons, providing insights into financial performance and facilitating informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the CFO of the Swiss market, delivering key presentations and management reports to Maisons.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with regional stakeholders and Richemont's local functions, including HR, Customer Service, and Logistics, to execute high-impact transformative initiatives.
- Oversee the review and reporting of all Maisons’ budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Group requirements.
- Lead the budgeting process for one Maison and regional functions, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Group standards.
- Conduct monthly reviews and analyses of financial performance and cash flow.
- Master's degree in Business or Finance; CPA certification is advantageous.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in finance and controlling.
- Fluency in English and French; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Proactive and committed mindset with a focus on business and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to various stakeholders.
- Agility, collaboration, and high integrity.
- Proficiency in digital tools and automation, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
A minimum of ten years in finance and controlling, demonstrating leadership and strategic capabilities.
Master's degree in Business or Finance; CPA is a strong plus.
