- Oversee all office administrative, hospitality, and facility matters across various locations including offices, logistics, service centers, and boutiques.
- Stabilize team dynamics and navigate interpersonal challenges to cultivate high performance in fluctuating environments.
- Recommend improvements and streamline office administration key workflow processes and operations.
- Collaborate closely with heads of functions and brand managers to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support including budgeting, reporting, and communication.
- Strategically plan and oversee workplace facilities and project management.
- Manage procurement processes including scope of works and tender assessment.
- Ensure governance of standard operating procedures within workplace and facilities.
- Oversee internal and external contractors to ensure satisfactory execution of service level agreements.
- Handle management of ad-hoc requests such as repair and maintenance services.
- Collaborate with the Regional Head on the rollout of new policies, guidelines, and digitalization initiatives.
- Over 10 years of experience in project, facilities, or office management within a corporate environment.
- Experience in Northeast Asia is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and navigating complex environments.
- Proven people management skills with experience leading a core team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills for dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in problem-solving in complex situations and presenting topics effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous but not required.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
