- Coordinate and drive global Talent strategic projects in collaboration with the Group Talent Operations Senior Manager.
- Collaborate with Group Talent team, Maisons, Regions, and functions to create and update HR toolkits and materials.
- Support analytics and reporting initiatives, assisting in data analysis to track successes.
- Assist in the analysis and review of Talent programs and tools.
- Facilitate Talent training activities related to Talent processes and tools.
- Educational background in Project Management, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and topics with a structured and organized approach.
- Proficiency in technology and data analysis.
- Business mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and oral English language skills; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and adapt quickly to changes, managing workload effectively.
- High attention to detail.
- Commitment to a 6-month internship starting 01.03.2025.
