1. Coordinate and drive global Talent strategic projects in collaboration with the Group Talent Operations Senior Manager.
2. Collaborate with Group Talent team, Maisons, Regions, and functions to create and update HR toolkits and materials.
3. Support analytics and reporting initiatives, assisting in data analysis to track successes.
4. Assist in the analysis and review of Talent programs and tools.
5. Facilitate Talent training activities related to Talent processes and tools.

1. Educational background in Project Management, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects and topics with a structured and organized approach.
3. Proficiency in technology and data analysis.
4. Business mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
5. Excellent written and oral English language skills; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
6. Ability to plan, coordinate, and adapt quickly to changes, managing workload effectively.
7. High attention to detail.
8. Commitment to a 6-month internship starting 01.03.2025.
9. Internship agreement with a school or university.
