1. Manage internal communication projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
2. Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure cohesive communication strategies.
4. Oversee global staff sales communication initiatives.
5. Research, write, edit, and produce high-quality communication materials for various internal channels.
6. Adapt content to suit diverse audiences and objectives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
7. Coordinate multilingual translations as required by project scope.
8. Manage and update content on the Richemont intranet and other digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
9. Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement.
10. Track and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing actionable insights.
11. Support the development and execution of communication plans for corporate news and transformation initiatives.
12. Assist in highlighting the activities and heritage of Maisons and Foundations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.

1. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with native English fluency.
2. Strong project management capabilities.
3. Proficiency with content management systems and digital communication platforms.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Attention to detail and organizational prowess.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
8. Additional language skills in French, German, or Italian are advantageous.

3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related role.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
