1. Lead and coordinate finance-related projects on a global scale, ensuring alignment with the Finance department's objectives.
2. Organize and mobilize the Finance community for ER Simplification and S4 Project initiatives, including resource planning and change management.
3. Act as the primary contact for Group Finance in S4 Initiatives, ensuring finance requirements are integrated into the broader project scope.
4. Support the Finance PMO in structuring projects, encompassing all phases of the project management framework.
5. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
6. Facilitate project meetings and manage escalation of issues requiring change management or resolution.
7. Establish and maintain an effective project communication strategy.
8. Participate in global or non-finance projects as a facilitator.
9. Manage the finance Demand management digital system and coordinate project portfolios with GT PMO.
10. Monitor and control the GT budget for Finance, adjusting project priorities as necessary.
11. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and remediation plans.
12. Prepare key meetings and presentations.
13. Prepare business areas for transition to new operational methods and support change management initiatives.
14. Communicate benefits and objectives to secure business buy-in and track key performance indicators for benefit realization.
15. Collaborate with the Knowledge Manager to define process flows and templates according to Group Finance guidelines.
16. Create and disseminate training materials, tools, and documents.

1. University degree in finance, information systems, mathematics/statistics, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management or financial information systems, preferably in a multinational or matrix environment.
3. Strong knowledge of finance processes and accounting guidelines.
4. Experience in projects for large matrix organizations.
5. Operational finance or consulting experience is advantageous.
6. SAP technical skills required; S4 knowledge is a plus.
7. PMP certification is a plus.
8. Proficiency in English; French or other languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in project management or financial information systems, ideally within a multinational or matrix environment. Experience in operational finance or consulting is beneficial.
