- Position Richemont as the employer of choice globally.
- Define and implement the Richemont Employer Branding strategy worldwide.
- Provide expertise and insights for strategic employer branding projects.
- Develop and execute the Group's Social Media Strategy for employer branding.
- Facilitate best practice exchanges within the Employer Branding community across Maisons and Regions.
- Develop and update employer branding guidelines and toolkits for brand consistency.
- Drive the external communication strategy for talent attraction channels such as careers website, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor.
- Benchmark and analyze external employer branding trends.
- Create and manage global media vendors and campaigns.
- Provide reports to monitor the Group’s employer reputation and attractiveness.
- Support strategic university and educational partnerships, focusing on early careers and university relations.
- Report on global university relations and recruitment analytics to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
- Background in Employer Branding, Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, or Talent Acquisition.
- Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create a unique Employer Brand.
- Strong coordination and collaboration abilities with multiple stakeholders.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in digital tools, particularly Adobe Suite, and familiarity with Employer Branding tools and platforms.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, or Talent Acquisition is required.
