1. Support the FP&A team during the forecasting and budgeting process.
2. Assist in maintaining and developing reporting tools to achieve financial targets.
3. Analyze business cycle plans, budgets, and forecasts to propose action plans for profitability and cash generation.
4. Collaborate with Reporting teams to ensure accurate P&L and balance sheet management during closing periods.
5. Provide variance analysis against plans and forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis.
6. Execute consistent and ad hoc analyses to provide critical financial information for decision-making.

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, or currently pursuing such a degree.
2. 0-2 years of relevant experience.
3. Solid financial background.

1. Robust analytical skill set.
2. Excellent modeling skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of VBA/Power BI is a plus.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
5. Proactive team player.
6. Solid understanding of accounting principles.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.

0-2 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline, or currently pursuing such a degree.
