- Drive the monthly close process by collaborating with business partners, managing deadlines, ensuring accurate financial results, monitoring phasing, and analyzing trends.
- Review sales analysis to monitor evolution and trends, and understand key drivers.
- Conduct balance sheet and cash flow analysis for sound budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide timely variance analysis to business partners, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
- Maintain and distribute month-end reporting to brand management with insightful commentary.
- Prepare capital investment requisitions, including detailed P&Ls and supporting commentary.
- Track capex spending by project versus budget and approved requests.
- Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support the broader finance team.
- Work closely with brand personnel to drive the annual budget and rolling forecast processes.
- Monitor headcount and collaborate with HR to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of personnel costs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brands and Richemont regional functions regarding operational concerns.
- Advocate for internal controls, ensuring compliance and providing feedback on control documentation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a relevant field.
- 4-6 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Background in accounting and finance principles.
- Experience with SAP and/or Anaplan is a plus.
- Strong PC skills, including extensive knowledge of MS-Excel, Analysis, PowerPoint, and ThinkCell.
- Superior analytical skills and ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work with all levels and functions within the organization.
- Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Curious nature with the ability to be proactive and problem-solve.
- Detail-oriented with keen time management skills.
4-6 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a relevant field.
