- Drive the monthly financial close process, collaborating with business partners to manage deadlines and ensure accurate financial results.
- Review sales analyses to monitor trends and understand key business drivers.
- Conduct balance sheet and cash flow analyses to support sound budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide timely variance analyses to business partners, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
- Maintain and distribute month-end reporting to brand management with insightful commentary.
- Prepare capital investment requisitions and provide guidance on policies and templates.
- Track capital expenditure against budget and approved requests, collaborating with brand teams for transparency.
- Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support the broader finance team.
- Work closely with brand personnel to drive the annual budget and rolling forecast processes.
- Monitor headcount and collaborate with HR to ensure accurate reporting for budgeting and forecasting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brands and Richemont regional functions regarding operational concerns.
- Advocate for internal controls, ensuring compliance and providing feedback on control documentation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting and finance principles.
- Experience with SAP and/or Anaplan is advantageous.
- Strong PC skills, including advanced knowledge of MS-Excel, PowerPoint, and ThinkCell.
- Superior analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse audiences across all organizational levels.
- Capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
4-6 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within a corporate setting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
