Richemont Financial Controller

- Supervise and optimize monthly reporting, P&L analysis, cash flow, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth analyses of operational expenses and communication costs, identifying optimization levers and formulating relevant recommendations.
- Lead the budgeting process and quarterly reviews in close collaboration with operational and finance teams of the Maisons.
- Validate and challenge investment requests, assessing their profitability and alignment with the Maisons' strategy.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of major projects (store openings, events, new product launches), providing clear visibility on their financial impacts.
- Participate in the development of business plans and profitability analyses for new projects.
- Actively participate in Executive Committees, providing financial insights and challenging strategic decisions across all distribution channels (Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce).
- Translate strategic directions into sales projections and cost structures, proposing various scenarios to simulate financial performance.
- Conduct risk and opportunity analyses, identifying key success factors and growth levers.
- Contribute to optimizing resource allocation to maximize investment profitability.
- Degree from a Business School or University with a specialization in Finance or Management Control.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in management control or audit, ideally within the luxury or retail sector.
- Strong financial analysis, accounting, and project management skills.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable information.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Business Intelligence tools (SAP BI, Power BI); knowledge of SAP.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 8 years in management control or audit, preferably in the luxury or retail sector. Previous collaboration with a General Manager or Executive Committee is advantageous. Prior management experience is ideal.
Degree in Finance or Management Control from a Business School or University.
