Finance Operations Manager

1. Supervise the Internal Control System for effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
2. Oversee insurance activities, including policy management, claims processing, and risk assessment.
3. Conduct market research and analyze local competitors' financial performance and strategies.
4. Drive continuous improvement projects across the finance department.
5. Support the CFO in coordinating projects impacting the Italian platform.
6. Coordinate the collection and reporting of ESG data for Italian operations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

1. Strong understanding of financial processes, including internal controls and risk assessment
2. Experience with ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives
3. Proven track record of project management
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Passion for innovation and digitalization
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
8. Preferred knowledge of project management software, SAP Hana Plan, and PowerBI
9. Fluency in Italian and English

Extensive experience in Auditing or Controlling departments, with experience in the luxury goods industry.
