Richemont Finance Operations Manager

- Supervise the Internal Control System, ensuring its effectiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee all insurance activities, including policy management, claims processing, and risk assessment, while optimizing efficiency.
- Collect and analyze information on local competitors, including financial performance and market strategies, to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement projects across the finance department, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Support the CFO in coordinating projects impacting the Italian platform and integration initiatives, managing timelines and cross-functional coordination.
- Coordinate the collection and reporting of ESG data for Italian operations, ensuring compliance with sustainability reporting frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Auditing or Controlling departments.
- Experience in the luxury goods industry.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including internal controls and risk assessment.
- Experience with ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives.
- Proven track record of project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for innovation and digitalization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with preferred knowledge of project management software, SAP Hana Plan, and PowerBI.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
Extensive experience in Auditing or Controlling departments, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
