Responsibilities
- Supervise the Internal Control System for effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee insurance activities, including policy management, claims processing, and risk assessment.
- Conduct market research and analyze local competitors' financial performance and strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement projects across the finance department.
- Support the CFO in coordinating projects impacting the Italian platform.
- Coordinate the collection and reporting of ESG data for Italian operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Skills
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including internal controls and risk assessment
- Experience with ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives
- Proven track record of project management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for innovation and digitalization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred knowledge of project management software, SAP Hana Plan, and PowerBI
- Fluency in Italian and English
Experience Requirements
Extensive experience in Auditing or Controlling departments, with experience in the luxury goods industry.
