Richemont Facility and Project Manager

- Implement an Integrated Facility Management (IFM) solution for boutique hard and soft services.
- Manage project tasks, data collection, and communication with Maisons and stakeholders.
- Oversee tender processes, contract definitions, and rollout supervision to ensure successful project implementation.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and deliver KPIs to management and Maisons.
- Ensure alignment of IFM partner services with Richemont standards.
- Integrate Service Now with the IFM provider.
- Support Maisons in maintenance and renovation projects to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with landlords on boutique operations and related matters.
- Implement and manage a CAFM tool (Service Now) to streamline service requests and maintenance schedules.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts for cleaning and maintenance services.
- Monitor service level agreements and conduct due diligence.
- Prepare budgets and control costs.
- Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned by the CFO, including team buildings and supplier negotiations.
- Provide regular project updates to the CFO and facilitate seamless project transitions.
- Supervise one team member.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management and project management.
- Experience in the luxury retail industry is strongly preferred.
- Engineering degree in a relevant field or Certified Facility Management qualification.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management, financial tracking, and budgeting.
- Ability to communicate efficiently in a matrix structure.
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
- Effective collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English, with German being highly appreciated.
A minimum of five years in facility management and project management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Engineering degree in a relevant field or Certified Facility Management qualification.
