1. Implement an Integrated Facility Management (IFM) solution for boutique hard and soft services.
2. Manage project tasks, data collection, and communication with Maisons and stakeholders.
3. Oversee tender processes, contract definitions, and rollout supervision to ensure successful project implementation.
4. Conduct monthly performance reviews and deliver KPIs to management and Maisons.
5. Ensure alignment of IFM partner services with Richemont standards.
6. Integrate Service Now with the IFM provider.
7. Support Maisons in maintenance and renovation projects to ensure smooth operations.
8. Liaise with landlords on boutique operations and related matters.
9. Implement and manage a CAFM tool (Service Now) to streamline service requests and maintenance schedules.
10. Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts for cleaning and maintenance services.
11. Monitor service level agreements and conduct due diligence.
12. Prepare budgets and control costs.
13. Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned by the CFO, including team buildings and supplier negotiations.
14. Provide regular project updates to the CFO and facilitate seamless project transitions.
15. Supervise one team member.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management and project management.
2. Experience in the luxury retail industry is strongly preferred.
3. Engineering degree in a relevant field or Certified Facility Management qualification.

2. Proficiency in project management, financial tracking, and budgeting.
3. Ability to communicate efficiently in a matrix structure.
4. Proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
5. Effective collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
6. Fluency in French and English, with German being highly appreciated.

A minimum of five years in facility management and project management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Engineering degree in a relevant field or Certified Facility Management qualification.
