- Review and execute engraving and embossing orders, ensuring personalization aligns with client and Maison specifications.
- Assess product designs and reference Maison guidelines for engraving and embossing, including font selection and placement.
- Organize workflow to meet processing speed and outbound metrics.
- Operate and maintain engraving and embossing machinery, adjusting settings for accuracy and repeatability.
- Measure and compute dimensions for proper placement and alignment of engravings.
- Register incoming and completed work using the SAP system.
- Communicate effectively with Maisons regarding engraving and embossing inquiries.
- Evaluate custom designs and logos for feasibility and quality.
- Create design mock-ups for Maison and client approval.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to 5S standards.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and training guidelines.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting merchandise up to 30 pounds regularly.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluency in English (reading, speaking, writing)
- Minimum of 2 years experience with engraving or embossing machinery
- Intermediate desktop computer skills
- Basic math computation skills
- Experience with Warehouse Management systems; SAP experience preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with work schedule and attendance during peak periods
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Technical expertise in engraving and embossing

A minimum of 2 years of experience operating engraving or embossing machinery is required.
High School Diploma or GED
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
