1. Review and execute engraving and embossing orders, ensuring personalization aligns with client and Maison specifications.
2. Assess product designs and reference Maison guidelines for engraving and embossing, including font selection and placement.
3. Organize workflow to meet processing speed and outbound metrics.
4. Operate and maintain engraving and embossing machinery, adjusting settings for accuracy and repeatability.
5. Measure and compute dimensions for proper placement and alignment of engravings.
6. Register incoming and completed work using the SAP system.
7. Communicate effectively with Maisons regarding engraving and embossing inquiries.
8. Evaluate custom designs and logos for feasibility and quality.
9. Create design mock-ups for Maison and client approval.
10. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to 5S standards.
11. Comply with company policies, procedures, and training guidelines.
12. Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting merchandise up to 30 pounds regularly.

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Fluency in English (reading, speaking, writing)
3. Minimum of 2 years experience with engraving or embossing machinery
4. Intermediate desktop computer skills
5. Basic math computation skills
6. Experience with Warehouse Management systems; SAP experience preferred
7. Ability to work autonomously and with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
8. Flexibility with work schedule and attendance during peak periods
9. Strong team collaboration and communication skills

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
