- Monitor and troubleshoot e-commerce logistics operations, ensuring 3PL and carrier availability based on forecasts.
- Oversee logistics e-commerce operations, including outbound orders, value-added services, and reverse logistics.
- Ensure adherence to Richemont and Maisons' rules and processes.
- Collaborate with the CRC department for B2C claims resolution.
- Facilitate controlled communication through Richemont and partner web portals.
- Make initial decisions and arbitration as necessary.
- Provide B2B backup support as part of the Richemont team.
- Utilize daily reports and data indicators to ensure completion of B2C activities.
- Analyze delays and logistics deviations, providing monthly KPIs for business reviews.
- Establish governance frameworks for e-commerce activities, ensuring alignment with Maisons and partners.
- Act as the single point of contact for Maisons and external partners.
- Streamline daily requests for efficient decision-making and communication.
- Formalize e-commerce operations procedures and best practices.
- Support e-commerce projects for Fashion & Accessories.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations.
- University degree or equivalent; engineering background is a plus.
- Experience in B2C operations is advantageous.
- Confirmed logistics expertise.
- Proven experience in operations management is beneficial.
- Strong data analysis and controlling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary range: $30 - $34 hourly, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
