- Oversee and lead the PSHSE function for the Northeast Asia market, implementing best practices and setting strategic priorities.
- Drive the PSHSE agenda, executing Group and APAC initiatives at the regional level.
- Provide business partnerships to the CEO, Maisons, and other functional leaders.
- Ensure effective security programs are in place, addressing PSHSE risks in a multi-national corporation.
- Conduct compliance risk reviews, assessments, and audits, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Lead and develop a team of PSHSE professionals within Northeast Asia.
- Direct the implementation of physical security measures to protect assets and operations.
- Conduct security risk assessments and manage security systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate physical security goals within business operations.
- Manage investigations of significant threats and asset misappropriation.
- Supervise security for events and corporate sites, ensuring adherence to Richemont policies.
- Develop and implement HSE strategies and emergency response plans.
- Represent the company to official authorities and external parties regarding HSE matters.
- Establish and monitor HSE key performance indicators and scorecards.
- Over 10 years of experience in a corporate PSHSE management position.
- University degree or higher.
- Solid understanding of security and HSE best practices, operations, and systems.
- Ability to respond rapidly to changing threat environments.
- Proficiency in contract and project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
- Complex decision-making and problem-solving.

- Process management and workflow optimization.
- Conflict resolution and crisis management.
- Relationship management across diverse organizational levels.
More than 10 years in a corporate PSHSE management role, with a strong background in security and HSE practices.
University degree or higher.
