1. Oversee and lead the PSHSE function for the Northeast Asia market, implementing best practices and setting strategic priorities.
2. Drive the PSHSE agenda, executing Group and APAC initiatives at the regional level.
3. Provide business partnerships to the CEO, Maisons, and other functional leaders.
4. Ensure effective security programs are in place, addressing PSHSE risks in a multi-national corporation.
5. Conduct compliance risk reviews, assessments, and audits, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
6. Lead and develop a team of PSHSE professionals within Northeast Asia.
7. Direct the implementation of physical security measures to protect assets and operations.
8. Conduct security risk assessments and manage security systems and equipment.
9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate physical security goals within business operations.
10. Manage investigations of significant threats and asset misappropriation.
11. Supervise security for events and corporate sites, ensuring adherence to Richemont policies.
12. Develop and implement HSE strategies and emergency response plans.
13. Represent the company to official authorities and external parties regarding HSE matters.
14. Establish and monitor HSE key performance indicators and scorecards.

1. Over 10 years of experience in a corporate PSHSE management position.
2. University degree or higher.
3. Solid understanding of security and HSE best practices, operations, and systems.
4. Ability to respond rapidly to changing threat environments.
5. Proficiency in contract and project management.
6. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
7. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
