Richemont Corporate Transactional Paralegal

- Draft, review, and revise transactional agreements, notices, documents, and correspondence related to distribution and wholesale business, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance.
- Draft, review, and revise a variety of commercial agreements, focusing on digital, technology, e-commerce, SaaS, retail, marketing, talent, entertainment, and vendor agreements.
- Assist with regulatory and corporate governance filings for Richemont Americas corporate entities.
- Conduct legal research on transactional issues and provide concise summaries and recommendations.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, business units, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Maintain organized files and records related to distribution and commercial transactions, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Assist with matters impacting legal operations and strategic objectives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, preferably in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field.
- Paralegal certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a paralegal, focusing on transactional work.
- Experience in an in-house legal department preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial transactions, distribution, emerging media/ad tech, e-commerce, marketing, entertainment, and competition law.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to integrate, analyze, and simplify legal and business issues.
- Superb organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of humor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal research tools and contract management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
A minimum of 7 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on transactional work, preferably within an in-house legal department.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, preferably in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field.
Salary Range: $118,000 - $132,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
