1. Monitor key performance indicators such as lead time, quality, efficiency, and service level, and implement automated reporting systems.
2. Lead daily performance meetings, analyze results, identify critical issues, and provide ad-hoc analyses.
3. Drive optimization projects in alignment with Group directives, manage budgets, and ensure implementation of measurable outcomes.
4. Identify improvement areas, support team implementation, and communicate project progress.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and coordinate necessary technical rearrangements and purchases.
6. Optimize workstations, organize access to tools and equipment, and train teams to maintain 5S standards.
7. Participate in collective tasks such as securing premises during assigned periods.

1. Engineering degree (Bac +5) or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and PowerBI.
2. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
4. Ability to lead and motivate teams towards operational excellence.

Proven experience in lean initiatives and repair flow management, with a track record of interacting with diverse stakeholders to ensure process efficiency.

Engineering degree (Bac +5) or equivalent.
