1. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead time, quality, efficiency, and service level.
2. Implement automated reporting and lead daily performance meetings.
3. Analyze results, identify critical issues, and provide timely analyses.
4. Lead optimization projects in alignment with Group directives and manage budgets.
5. Identify improvement areas, support implementation, and communicate project progress.
6. Unite teams around continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate necessary technical adjustments and purchases.
7. Optimize workstations, organize access to tools and equipment, and train teams to maintain 5S standards.
8. Participate in collective tasks such as securing safes and setting alarms during assigned periods.

1. Engineering degree (Bac +5)
2. Expertise in lean initiatives and repair flow management

4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and PowerBI

Experience in leading continuous improvement projects and interacting with various stakeholders such as managers, technicians, and suppliers.
