Richemont Compliance Manager

- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance learning and communication strategy aligned with the Group's vision, mission, and values.
- Create engaging learning materials and activities, including e-learnings, webinars, and classroom training.
- Conduct both remote and on-site training sessions.
- Develop and disseminate compliance communication materials such as posters, email campaigns, newsletters, and intranet content.
- Identify and share best practices and lessons learned within the Group and the industry.
- Oversee the harmonization of Group policies.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, formatting, and disseminating compliance policies and related documents.
- Prepare periodic reports on compliance activities for management.
- Administer Compliance Committee activities, including agenda setting and minute preparation.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Head of Compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational company or international organization.
- University degree in communications, education, business management, or a related field.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing knowledge and learning management systems.
- Proficiency with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline.
- Experience in branding and communication strategy development.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern learning and communication methods, tools, and techniques.
- Experience in risk, ethics, and/or compliance.
- Fluency in at least two languages among French, English, and German; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong initiative and proactivity.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- High work standards and adaptability.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills and ability to adapt communication style as needed.
A minimum of 5 years in a relevant role within a multinational company or international organization, with experience in compliance, risk, ethics, and learning management systems.
University degree in communications, education, business management, or a related field.
