1. Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance learning and communication strategy aligned with the Group's vision, mission, and values.
2. Create engaging learning materials and activities, including e-learnings, webinars, and classroom training.
3. Conduct both remote and on-site training sessions.
4. Develop and disseminate compliance communication materials such as posters, email campaigns, newsletters, and intranet content.
5. Identify and share best practices and lessons learned within the Group and the industry.
6. Oversee the harmonization of Group policies.
7. Assist in drafting, reviewing, formatting, and disseminating compliance policies and related documents.
8. Prepare periodic reports on compliance activities for management.
9. Administer Compliance Committee activities, including agenda setting and minute preparation.
10. Perform additional duties as directed by the Head of Compliance.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational company or international organization.
2. University degree in communications, education, business management, or a related field.
3. Experience in designing, developing, and implementing knowledge and learning management systems.
4. Proficiency with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline.
5. Experience in branding and communication strategy development.
6. Familiarity with traditional and modern learning and communication methods, tools, and techniques.
7. Experience in risk, ethics, and/or compliance.
8. Fluency in at least two languages among French, English, and German; additional languages are advantageous.
