Richemont Cleaning Technician

- Meticulously clean dismantled and polished watch components using appropriate equipment and techniques, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards.
- Prepare watch components for the cleaning process, maintaining consistent quality and quantity.
- Collect and transfer repairs after polishing on an hourly basis.
- Assist the supervisor by collecting dismantled repairs and distributing them to the appropriate team members based on established protocols.
- Expedite the transfer of cleaned repairs to the Spare Parts Team, following RTC procedures.
- Manage flow-backs, either performing the cleaning or assigning the work to the appropriate polisher.
- Conduct quality control checks on flow-backs before returning them to the workshop, ensuring both polishing quality and cleanliness meet required standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition, ensuring proper calibration and upkeep.
- Adhere to RNA and Brand specifications for tools, technical procedures, work assignments, quality standards, and Standard Time of Operations (STOs).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in the watch industry is preferred.
- Experience working with luxury brands is a plus.
- Exceptional dexterity and focus for handling small, delicate parts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and consistently deliver high-quality results.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Experience in the watch industry or with luxury brands is preferred.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
