1. Lead the financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, and operating plan variance analysis for Richemont's regional functions and Maisons in Australia and New Zealand.
2. Provide financial consulting and strategic support to management, including preparing presentations, financial analyses, and capital expenditure assessments.
3. Act as a key finance business partner, delivering insights to support optimal business decision-making.
4. Collaborate with the Regional FP&A team in Singapore to set planning calendars and ensure timely and accurate budgeting and forecasting processes.
5. Manage monthly performance reporting to ensure data integrity and provide quality analysis and commentaries.
6. Evaluate new ventures and investment projects, conducting risk assessments and break-even analyses.
7. Ensure compliance with IAS/IFRS standards and support internal control teams in maintaining adherence to internal control requirements.
8. Participate actively in local, regional, and transversal projects initiated by the APAC, South Asia FP&A organization.

1. University degree in a relevant field; professional qualifications in Accounting (CPA/CA) preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial planning, with accounting/auditing experience advantageous.
3. Experience in matrix organizations, luxury, or retail industries is beneficial.
4. Strong knowledge of SAP and technical accounting; exposure to Anaplan is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in financial planning, with a background in accounting or auditing considered advantageous.
