- Lead the financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, and operating plan variance analysis for Richemont's regional functions and Maisons in Australia and New Zealand.
- Provide financial consulting and strategic support to management, including preparing presentations, financial analyses, and capital expenditure assessments.
- Act as a key finance business partner, delivering insights to support optimal business decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Regional FP&A team in Singapore to set planning calendars and ensure timely and accurate budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Manage monthly performance reporting to ensure data integrity and provide quality analysis and commentaries.
- Evaluate new ventures and investment projects, conducting risk assessments and break-even analyses.
- Ensure compliance with IAS/IFRS standards and support internal control teams in maintaining adherence to internal control requirements.
- Participate actively in local, regional, and transversal projects initiated by the APAC, South Asia FP&A organization.
- University degree in a relevant field; professional qualifications in Accounting (CPA/CA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial planning, with accounting/auditing experience advantageous.
- Experience in matrix organizations, luxury, or retail industries is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and technical accounting; exposure to Anaplan is advantageous.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a matrix organization.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- High learning agility and strong analytical thinking.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in data analytics and financial modeling (PowerBI, PowerQuery).
A minimum of 5 years in financial planning, with a background in accounting or auditing considered advantageous.
University degree in a relevant field; professional qualifications in Accounting (CPA/CA) preferred.
