- Analyze product costs, including materials, labor, overhead, and variances, for one of the Maisons.
- Execute monthly financial statements, stock analysis, and provision calculations independently.
- Collaborate with the Maison division in planning cycles, including budget and forecast processes.
- Act as a business partner for organizational units such as production, quality, and R&D, ensuring accurate month-end closing.
- Prepare focused analyses on specific topics like cash flow drivers, balance sheet variations, and one-off effects.
- Participate actively in the implementation of new financial flows.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics & Management, or Management Engineering.
- 5 years of experience as a Business and Industrial Controller in complex manufacturing environments or 2-3 years as an Auditor in a Big 4 company.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of cost elements throughout production stages.
- Proficiency in P&L cost structure analysis based on standard costs and deviations.
- Accuracy in managing high-volume, complex data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and organize workload to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP FI/CO, SAP SEM, and BI.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
A minimum of 5 years in business and industrial control within complex manufacturing environments, or 2-3 years as an auditor in a Big 4 company.
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics & Management, or Management Engineering.
