1. Analyze and clarify business needs, preparing documents such as functional and technical specifications, mapping files, use cases, user stories, wireframes, process flows, and product backlog.
2. Configure PIM/DAM SaaS Tool (Sitecore ContentHub) to implement new features or adapt existing ones.
3. Support project managers, product owners, and solution architects in translating business requirements into specifications.
4. Assist product specialists, developers, and support team members in implementing or updating features.
5. Collaborate with architects and developers to enhance and improve activities.
6. Assist in compiling ad-hoc reports.
7. Create proof of concept based on business requirements.
8. Implement project processes and best practices.
9. Adhere to policies, guidelines, and procedures during development.
10. Create and follow up on support tickets for bugs.
11. Create and update tickets in Jira.
12. Conduct testing.

1. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist.
3. Proven ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and international environment.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
5. Experience in delivering implementations meeting typical SaaS content project success factors.

1. Experience configuring data and content management SaaS tools, particularly Sitecore ContentHub.
2. Understanding of Entity-Relationship and Non-Entity-Relationship models.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to contribute to a team effort.
5. Initiative and self-confidence, adaptable to changing priorities.
6. Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist, with a focus on SaaS content projects and data management tools.

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
