- Analyze and clarify business needs, preparing documents such as functional and technical specifications, mapping files, use cases, user stories, wireframes, process flows, and product backlog.
- Configure PIM/DAM SaaS Tool (Sitecore ContentHub) to implement new features or adapt existing ones.
- Support project managers, product owners, and solution architects in translating business requirements into specifications.
- Assist product specialists, developers, and support team members in implementing or updating features.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to enhance and improve activities.
- Assist in compiling ad-hoc reports.
- Create proof of concept based on business requirements.
- Implement project processes and best practices.
- Adhere to policies, guidelines, and procedures during development.
- Create and follow up on support tickets for bugs.
- Create and update tickets in Jira.
- Conduct testing.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and international environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in delivering implementations meeting typical SaaS content project success factors.
- Experience configuring data and content management SaaS tools, particularly Sitecore ContentHub.
- Understanding of Entity-Relationship and Non-Entity-Relationship models.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to contribute to a team effort.
- Initiative and self-confidence, adaptable to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
A minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist, with a focus on SaaS content projects and data management tools.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
