1. Supervise accounting staff and conduct performance evaluations, set objectives, and monitor KPIs to optimize productivity.
2. Ensure timely financial closing processes for month-end and year-end, adhering to IFRS and Group guidelines, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
3. Collaborate with FP&A quarterly to review balance sheets.
4. Advise Maisons and support functions on appropriate accounting treatment of transactions and business drivers.
5. Manage fixed asset accounting, including CAPEX reporting.
6. Review lease agreements and account for monthly lease contracts, including modifications.
7. Analyze trial balance and provide variance commentary as necessary.
8. Participate in and support annual external and internal audits.
9. Drive process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and compliance.
10. Engage in ad-hoc accounting projects.

1. Accounting degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
2. Strong understanding of financial concepts such as P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet analysis.

1. Result-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple reporting units/maisons.
2. Strong analytical skills and high level of integrity.
3. Self-starter, well-organized, capable of working independently under pressure with tight deadlines.
4. Proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and financial systems.
5. Experience with SAP ERP platform is advantageous.
6. High proficiency in written and verbal communication across various management levels.
7. Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and data analytics.

Accounting degree.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
