Richemont Brand Accounting Supervisor

- Supervise accounting staff and conduct performance evaluations, set objectives, and monitor KPIs to optimize productivity.
- Ensure timely financial closing processes for month-end and year-end, adhering to IFRS and Group guidelines, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with FP&A quarterly to review balance sheets.
- Advise Maisons and support functions on appropriate accounting treatment of transactions and business drivers.
- Manage fixed asset accounting, including CAPEX reporting.
- Review lease agreements and account for monthly lease contracts, including modifications.
- Analyze trial balance and provide variance commentary as necessary.
- Participate in and support annual external and internal audits.
- Drive process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Engage in ad-hoc accounting projects.
- Accounting degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts such as P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet analysis.
- Result-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple reporting units/maisons.
- Strong analytical skills and high level of integrity.
- Self-starter, well-organized, capable of working independently under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and financial systems.
- Experience with SAP ERP platform is advantageous.
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication across various management levels.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and data analytics.
Accounting degree.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
