Responsibilities
- Achieve business targets and sales in line with the brand's retail strategy
- Demonstrate leadership and set performance targets for the team
- Identify business opportunities and develop activities to grow the client database
- Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and merchandise security
- Ensure exceptional client service and after-sales experience
- Build long-term relationships with clientele to maximize sales and promote brand loyalty
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team for consistent performance
- Exceed boutique budgets and analyze business data to improve KPIs
- Plan and implement meetings and actions to drive sales
- Organize in-store and local events to generate new business
- Build external networks with business partners
- Communicate with HQ regarding business operations
- Promote a culture of service excellence and personalized client experiences
- Create a positive and high-performing environment for the sales team
- Develop strategies to improve individual and team performance
- Ensure timely business reports and monitor KPIs
- Manage staff incentive and commission reports
- Oversee inventory maintenance and compliance with regulations
- Maintain high levels of display and visual merchandising
- Act as the face of the Boutique and Brand Ambassador
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a luxury environment at management level
- Background in sales, luxury retail, banking, automotive, or high-end hospitality industries
- Languages: French and English, additional languages are a plus

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a luxury environment at management level, preferably in luxury watches and high-end jewelry industries.
