- Achieve business targets and KPIs in alignment with the brand's retail strategy.
- Inspire and motivate the team to drive sales performance and ensure exceptional client service.
- Identify and develop business opportunities to expand the client database.
- Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and merchandise security.
- Build long-term relationships with clientele to maximize sales and promote brand loyalty.
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
- Analyze business data and implement sales strategies to improve KPIs.
- Plan and execute in-store and local events to drive sales and grow the client base.
- Communicate with headquarters regarding KPI, CRM, sales, and inventory.
- Promote a culture of service excellence and create memorable client experiences.
- Develop strategies for individual and team performance improvement.
- Ensure timely business reporting and monitor KPIs to achieve targets.
- Oversee inventory management and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain boutique display and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Act as a brand ambassador and build brand awareness.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury environment at management level.
- Experience in luxury retail, banking, automotive, or high-end hospitality industries.
- Proficiency in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and competitors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive business acumen.
- Ability to create loyal clients and personal relationships.
- Effective communication skills with diverse business stakeholders.
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury environment at a management level is required, preferably within the luxury watches and high-end jewelry industries.
