1. Achieve business targets and sales in line with the brand's retail strategy
2. Demonstrate leadership and set performance targets for the team
3. Identify business opportunities and develop activities to grow the client database
4. Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and merchandise security
5. Ensure exceptional client service and after-sales experience
6. Build long-term relationships with clientele to maximize sales and promote brand loyalty
7. Lead, manage, and develop the sales team for consistent performance
8. Exceed boutique budgets and analyze business data to improve KPIs
9. Plan and implement meetings and actions to drive sales
10. Organize in-store and local events to generate new business
11. Build external networks with business partners
12. Communicate with HQ regarding business operations
13. Promote a culture of service excellence and personalized client experiences
14. Create a positive and high-performing environment for the sales team
15. Develop strategies to improve individual and team performance
16. Ensure timely business reports and monitor KPIs
17. Manage staff incentive and commission reports
18. Oversee inventory maintenance and compliance with regulations
19. Maintain high levels of display and visual merchandising
20. Act as the face of the Boutique and Brand Ambassador

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a luxury environment at management level
2. Background in sales, luxury retail, banking, automotive, or high-end hospitality industries
3. Languages: French and English, additional languages are a plus
