Richemont Assistant Manager, Total Rewards

- Provide analytical and consultative support to multi-market stakeholders in Northeast Asia.
- Ensure alignment of total rewards programs with corporate objectives to attract and retain talent.
- Contribute to the delivery of cyclical compensation activities, including annual compensation review, survey participation, and salary benchmarking.
- Support the development of long-term objectives for compensation strategies and benefits programs.
- Collaborate on the delivery of cyclical benefit activities, such as benefits renewal and inventory management.
- Design, recommend, and implement benefit and wellness programs, analyzing current efficiency and identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead and collaborate on reward projects, including HR compliance, Workday implementation, and internal grading.
- University degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and maturity.
- Experience in compensation benchmarking and annual benefit renewal processes.
- Experience in HRIS transformation projects and partnering with Mercer and Comptify is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Human Resources field, preferably within the Retail or FMCG industry.
University degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
