1. Provide analytical and consultative support to multi-market stakeholders in Northeast Asia.
2. Ensure alignment of total rewards programs with corporate objectives to attract and retain talent.
3. Contribute to the delivery of cyclical compensation activities, including annual compensation review, survey participation, and salary benchmarking.
4. Support the development of long-term objectives for compensation strategies and benefits programs.
5. Collaborate on the delivery of cyclical benefit activities, such as benefits renewal and inventory management.
6. Design, recommend, and implement benefit and wellness programs, analyzing current efficiency and identifying areas for improvement.
7. Lead and collaborate on reward projects, including HR compliance, Workday implementation, and internal grading.

1. University degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.

1. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and maturity.
3. Experience in compensation benchmarking and annual benefit renewal processes.
4. Experience in HRIS transformation projects and partnering with Mercer and Comptify is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Human Resources field, preferably within the Retail or FMCG industry.

University degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
