Richemont Assistant HR Manager

- Serve as a primary contact for employee queries and grievances, fostering open communication and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive work environment by addressing workplace issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage local labor cases.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to execute recruitment strategies for Regional Functions.
- Engage in Employer Branding activities at the functional level.
- Prepare compensation package proposals and participate in rewards-related exercises.
- Coordinate with HR Operations on onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure efficient payroll operations in collaboration with the payroll team.
- Monitor budgeted versus actual salaries and headcounts, alerting the Head of HR to variances.
- Participate in talent management discussions and support the development of individual plans.
- Identify employee training needs and assist in implementing training programs.
- Plan and execute annual employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate on company-wide employee initiatives and HR projects.
- Prepare materials for annual strategy and budgeting discussions.
- Support Market HR teams with guidance on processes and best practices.
- Minimum degree in Business/Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of generalist HR experience in similarly sized organizations.
- Proven track record in executing HR processes and practices.
- Well-versed in Employment & Labour Regulations.
- Experience in managing HR projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
A minimum of 5 years of generalist HR experience within comparably sized organizations is required.
Degree in Business/Management or equivalent.
