1. Manage day-to-day HR activities and provide full spectrum HR support to regional functions.
2. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, promoting open communication and conflict resolution.
3. Conduct exit interviews and assist in handling local labour cases.
4. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team for recruitment and participate in employer branding activities.
5. Prepare compensation package proposals and participate in rewards-related exercises.
6. Collaborate with HR Operations on onboarding and payroll matters.
7. Participate in talent management discussions and support employee development.
8. Plan and execute annual engagement activities and assist with HR projects.
9. Prepare materials for strategy planning and budgeting discussions.

1. Degree in Business/Management or equivalent
2. At least 5 years of generalist HR experience in comparably sized organizations
3. Proven track record in executing HR processes and practices
4. Well-versed in Employment & Labour Regulations
5. Experience in managing HR projects

4. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
5. Attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently

At least 5 years of generalist HR experience within comparably sized organizations.

Degree in Business/Management or equivalent

Fixed-term employment with potential exposure to HR practices in a leading luxury goods company.
