- Lead, train, and coach the team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional client experiences.
- Drive the team to exceed KPI targets and contribute to store success.
- Conduct regular performance discussions and create actionable plans with the Store Manager/Director.
- Provide consistent feedback and coaching to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Train the team on client journey, clienteling, storytelling, and product knowledge.
- Participate in talent acquisition and onboarding in collaboration with the Store Manager.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
