1. Lead, train, and coach the team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional client experiences.
2. Drive the team to exceed KPI targets and contribute to store success.
3. Conduct regular performance discussions and create actionable plans with the Store Manager/Director.
4. Provide consistent feedback and coaching to ensure seamless client experiences.
5. Train the team on client journey, clienteling, storytelling, and product knowledge.
6. Participate in talent acquisition and onboarding in collaboration with the Store Manager.
7. Create a positive and harmonious work environment.
8. Optimize sales floor management to maximize business opportunities.
9. Lead the team to deliver superior client experiences and foster long-term relationships.
10. Enhance store performance through CRM and clienteling initiatives.
11. Identify opportunities to expand the store's client base.

13. Monitor category performance and propose action plans to achieve targets.
14. Collaborate with Retail Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to drive business growth.
15. Ensure efficient stockroom organization to maximize selling opportunities.
