- Drive and maximize sales performance.
- Develop and propose business plans.
- Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
- Ensure presence on the sales floor to guarantee exceptional client service.
- Promote Omni Channel development through the team.
- Manage store-operating budget and control expenses.
- Foster a client-centric mindset and maintain solid client relationships.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty and increase spending.
- Promote a culture of private appointments.
- Encourage an entrepreneurial team spirit through effective communication and organization.
- Ensure team preparedness with up-to-date product knowledge and market insights.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams.
- Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales according to company guidelines.
- Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
- Ensure synergy between front and back of house operations.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities with stakeholders and influencers.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluent in Czech and English.
