1. Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service both in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and Prada's history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture customer data in the CRM system to maintain and develop client relationships.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage clients effectively.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and client service team.
10. Operate with care and respect for products, utilizing digital tools for an integrated luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
13. Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
14. Foster open communication and teamwork, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand

1. Understanding of luxury customer service
2. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
