Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the monitoring of the Collection Plan, ensuring alignment among various teams involved.
  • Collaborate in managing the development timelines for Collection/Runway/Post-Runway/Pop-Up, verifying progress and achievement of objectives.
  • Organize and coordinate periodic meetings, preparing agendas, support materials, and operational follow-ups.
  • Assist the Style Office in preparing project materials and documentation.
  • Contribute to the operational planning of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and quality of deliveries are met.
  • Facilitate communication between the Style Office and Product Development offices, ensuring proper information flow.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Fashion Management or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in fashion/luxury environments.

Skills

Knowledge of all Men's RTW Product Categories, including Design/Materials/Accessories/Manufacturing. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented approach. Proficiency in main Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). Fluency in Italian and English.

Experience

1-3 years of previous experience in fashion/luxury environments.

Education

Degree in Fashion Management or related fields.
