1. Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring superior service across both in-store and e-commerce channels.
4. Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
6. Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide informed advice.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and the Client Service team.
10. Handle products with utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize digital tools to provide a complete and integrated luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
14. Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
15. Foster a positive working environment through teamwork, open communication, and embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment

1. Understanding of luxury customer service
2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
3. Teamwork and independent work capabilities
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand.
