1. Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
2. Maintain and develop client relationships using personalized approaches and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and prevent product theft.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of connecting with a diverse clientele.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Passion for luxury fashion trends and a deep understanding of the luxury retail market.
4. Fluency in spoken Czech and English.

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
