1. Drive and maximize sales performance.
2. Propose and develop strategic business plans.
3. Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
4. Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
5. Ensure a premium client experience on the sales floor.
6. Promote Omni Channel development through the team.
7. Manage store-operating budget and control expenses.
8. Foster a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
9. Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
10. Promote an entrepreneurial spirit and effective team communication.
11. Ensure the team is informed about Prada Group products, market trends, and company policies.
12. Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
13. Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations teams.
14. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines to maximize sales.
15. Participate in buying sessions and provide feedback based on store needs.
16. Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
17. Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.

1. Fluency in German and English.
2. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
