Prada Store Manager

- Drive and maximize sales performance.
- Propose and develop strategic business plans.
- Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
- Ensure a premium client experience on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development through the team.
- Manage store-operating budget and control expenses.
- Foster a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
- Promote an entrepreneurial spirit and effective team communication.
- Ensure the team is informed about Prada Group products, market trends, and company policies.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations teams.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines to maximize sales.
- Participate in buying sessions and provide feedback based on store needs.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
