Prada Store Manager

- Drive and maximize sales performance.
- Propose and develop strategic business plans.
- Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
- Ensure a superior client experience on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development through the team.
- Manage the store-operating budget and control expenses.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to enhance client engagement.
- Promote a culture of private appointments.
- Foster an entrepreneurial and team-oriented spirit through effective communication and organization.
- Ensure the team is well-informed about the Prada Group, product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations.
- Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales according to company guidelines.
- Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
- Ensure synergy between front and back of house operations.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
