Prada Store Manager

- Drive and maximize sales performance and exceed KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
- Manage store expenses to meet operating budgets.
- Cultivate a client-centric environment, fostering strong client relationships and satisfaction.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty and increase spending.
- Encourage a culture of private appointments.
- Promote entrepreneurial spirit and team cohesion through effective communication.
- Ensure team preparedness with comprehensive product and market knowledge.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations.
- Ensure attractive and sales-maximizing displays in line with company guidelines.
- Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
- Ensure cooperation between front and back of house operations.
- Enforce company procedures regarding cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities with stakeholders and influencers.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are desirable.
