- Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
- Manage day-to-day goods receipt, storage, and preparation for sales floor.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines for shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
- Manage the flow of E-Commerce orders to guarantee required service levels.
- Handle the flow of damaged and non-sellable products.
- Organize and manage packaging, stationery, and display objects.
- Ensure correct flow of uniforms and gifts.
- Guarantee proper product protection and packaging for store and transfers.
- Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft.
- Investigate system negatives promptly.
- Record product movement in the IT system.
- Organize and execute physical and cycle inventories.
- Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
- Optimize available spaces in collaboration with store management.
- Support sales associates and collaborate with visual merchandising.
- Maintain relationships with providers.
- Update and organize the archive monthly.
- Ensure confidentiality of alarm codes and security guidelines.
- Communicate with Store Operations Manager for exceptions and escalations.
- Implement KPIs updates, guidelines, and procedures.
- Plan and manage department activities and employee training.
- Evaluate staff performance and conduct evaluation interviews.
- Coordinate and plan resource activities.
- Provide necessary information for task performance.
- Manage induction training for new resources.
- Ensure staff behavior aligns with Group standards.
- Strengthen staff attitudes and prioritize personal skills.
- Ensure proper care of warehouse personnel.
