1. Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
2. Oversee daily management of goods receipt and storage, ensuring timely preparation for sales floor display.
3. Manage shop-to-shop and returns transfers, ensuring compliance with company timelines.
4. Coordinate the flow of E-Commerce orders, maintaining required service levels.
5. Handle the flow of damaged and non-sellable products, including those under repair.
6. Organize and manage packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and in IT systems.
7. Ensure proper flow and documentation of products, recording movements in the IT system.
8. Conduct physical and cycle inventories, respecting company schedules.
9. Maintain warehouse security and cleanliness.
10. Support sales associates and collaborate with the visual merchandising team as needed.
11. Manage and train warehouse staff, evaluating performance and conducting interviews.
12. Communicate with Store Operations Manager regarding exceptions and escalations.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury retail industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
