Prada Stock Manager

- Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Oversee daily management of goods receipt and storage, ensuring timely preparation for sales floor display.
- Manage shop-to-shop and returns transfers, ensuring compliance with company timelines.
- Coordinate the flow of E-Commerce orders, maintaining required service levels.
- Handle the flow of damaged and non-sellable products, including those under repair.
- Organize and manage packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and in IT systems.
- Ensure proper flow and documentation of products, recording movements in the IT system.
- Conduct physical and cycle inventories, respecting company schedules.
- Maintain warehouse security and cleanliness.
- Support sales associates and collaborate with the visual merchandising team as needed.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, evaluating performance and conducting interviews.
- Communicate with Store Operations Manager regarding exceptions and escalations.
- Proven experience in stock management within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury retail industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
