1. Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
2. Manage day-to-day goods receipt, storage, and preparation for sales floor.
3. Ensure compliance with company guidelines for shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
4. Manage the flow of E-Commerce orders to guarantee required service levels.
5. Handle the flow of damaged and non-sellable products.
6. Organize and manage packaging, stationery, and display objects.
7. Ensure correct flow of uniforms and gifts.
8. Guarantee proper product protection and packaging for store and transfers.
9. Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft.
10. Investigate system negatives promptly.
11. Record product movement in the IT system.
12. Organize and execute physical and cycle inventories.
13. Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
14. Optimize available spaces in collaboration with store management.
15. Support sales associates and collaborate with visual merchandising.
16. Maintain relationships with providers.
17. Update and organize the archive monthly.
18. Ensure confidentiality of alarm codes and security guidelines.
19. Communicate with Store Operations Manager for exceptions and escalations.
20. Implement KPIs updates, guidelines, and procedures.
21. Plan and manage department activities and employee training.
22. Evaluate staff performance and conduct evaluation interviews.
23. Coordinate and plan resource activities.
24. Provide necessary information for task performance.
25. Manage induction training for new resources.
26. Ensure staff behavior aligns with Group standards.
27. Strengthen staff attitudes and prioritize personal skills.
28. Ensure proper care of warehouse personnel.
