Prada Stock Manager

- Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Oversee daily management of goods receipt and storage, optimizing efficiency for sales floor preparation.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines for shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
- Manage E-Commerce order flow to maintain required service levels.
- Handle the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
- Organize and manage packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and within IT systems.
- Ensure correct flow and protection of products, including E-Commerce shipments.
- Adopt company guidelines in case of theft, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
- Conduct prompt investigations for system discrepancies.
- Organize and execute physical and cycle inventories, adhering to company timelines.
- Maintain warehouse security and cleanliness.
- Support sales associates and collaborate with the visual merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain provider relationships and manage warehouse-related sales activities.
- Ensure confidentiality of alarm codes and adherence to security guidelines.
- Communicate with Store Operations Manager regarding exceptions and escalations.
- Implement KPI updates and company procedures as directed by management.
- Plan and manage department activities, including employee training and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate and distribute tasks and responsibilities among team members.
- Conduct induction training for new employees using appropriate methods.
- Ensure staff behavior aligns with Group standards and prioritize personal skills development.
- Proven experience in stock management or a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury retail industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
