1. Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
2. Oversee daily management of goods receipt and storage, optimizing efficiency for sales floor preparation.
3. Ensure compliance with company guidelines for shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
4. Manage E-Commerce order flow to maintain required service levels.
5. Handle the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
6. Organize and manage packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and within IT systems.
7. Ensure correct flow and protection of products, including E-Commerce shipments.
8. Adopt company guidelines in case of theft, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
9. Conduct prompt investigations for system discrepancies.
10. Organize and execute physical and cycle inventories, adhering to company timelines.
11. Maintain warehouse security and cleanliness.
12. Support sales associates and collaborate with the visual merchandising team as needed.
13. Maintain provider relationships and manage warehouse-related sales activities.
14. Ensure confidentiality of alarm codes and adherence to security guidelines.
15. Communicate with Store Operations Manager regarding exceptions and escalations.
16. Implement KPI updates and company procedures as directed by management.
17. Plan and manage department activities, including employee training and performance evaluations.
18. Coordinate and distribute tasks and responsibilities among team members.
19. Conduct induction training for new employees using appropriate methods.
20. Ensure staff behavior aligns with Group standards and prioritize personal skills development.

1. Proven experience in stock management or a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury retail industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
