Stock Manager

1. Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
2. Manage day-to-day goods receipt, storage, and preparation for sales floor and special areas.
3. Ensure compliance with company guidelines for shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
4. Manage E-Commerce order flow to guarantee required service levels.
5. Handle the flow of damaged and non-sellable products.
6. Organize and manage packaging, stationery, and display objects.
7. Ensure correct flow of uniforms and gifts.
8. Guarantee proper product protection and packaging for store and transfer, including E-Commerce shipments.
9. Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
10. Investigate system negatives promptly.
11. Organize and execute physical and cycle inventories.
12. Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
13. Provide operational coverage based on Store Manager needs.
14. Optimize available spaces in collaboration with Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
15. Support Sales Associates and collaborate with Visual Merchandising team as needed.
16. Maintain relationships with providers.
17. Update and organize archives monthly.
18. Ensure confidentiality of alarm codes and manage warehouse security.
19. Communicate with Store Operations Manager for exceptions and escalations.
20. Implement KPIs updates, guidelines, and procedures from management.
21. Plan and manage department activities, employee management, and training.
22. Evaluate staff performance and conduct evaluation interviews.
23. Coordinate and plan resource activities with task distribution.
24. Provide necessary information for task performance.
25. Conduct induction training for new resources.
26. Ensure staff behavior aligns with Group standards.
27. Strengthen staff attitudes prioritizing personal skills.
28. Ensure proper care of warehouse personnel.
