PradaStock Manager

- Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
- Manage day-to-day goods receipt, storage, and preparation for sales floor and special areas.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines for shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
- Manage E-Commerce order flow to guarantee required service levels.
- Handle the flow of damaged and non-sellable products.
- Organize and manage packaging, stationery, and display objects.
- Ensure correct flow of uniforms and gifts.
- Guarantee proper product protection and packaging for store and transfer, including E-Commerce shipments.
- Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
- Investigate system negatives promptly.
- Organize and execute physical and cycle inventories.
- Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
- Provide operational coverage based on Store Manager needs.
- Optimize available spaces in collaboration with Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
- Support Sales Associates and collaborate with Visual Merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain relationships with providers.
- Update and organize archives monthly.
- Ensure confidentiality of alarm codes and manage warehouse security.
- Communicate with Store Operations Manager for exceptions and escalations.
- Implement KPIs updates, guidelines, and procedures from management.
- Plan and manage department activities, employee management, and training.
- Evaluate staff performance and conduct evaluation interviews.
- Coordinate and plan resource activities with task distribution.
- Provide necessary information for task performance.
- Conduct induction training for new resources.
- Ensure staff behavior aligns with Group standards.
- Strengthen staff attitudes prioritizing personal skills.
- Ensure proper care of warehouse personnel.

Experience in stock management or a similar role in the luxury fashion industry is required.
