- Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront and addressing their needs and expectations.

- Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand.
