1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and CRM tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with management when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
