Prada Stock Controller

1. Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
2. Manage goods receipt and storage, optimizing timing and efficiency.
3. Prepare shop-to-shop and return transfers in compliance with guidelines.
4. Oversee the flow of E-Commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
5. Handle damaged, non-sellable, and repair products appropriately.
6. Organize packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and digitally.
7. Participate in the management of uniform and gift flows.
8. Ensure proper product protection and packaging for store and transfer purposes.
9. Adopt company guidelines in theft situations, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
10. Investigate system discrepancies promptly.
11. Manage product flow and documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
12. Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting company schedules.
13. Support warehouse activities related to sales.
14. Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
15. Optimize and rationalize available space in collaboration with management.
16. Support sales associates and collaborate with the visual merchandising team as needed.
17. Maintain relationships with providers and update archives monthly.
18. Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
3. Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
