- Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage daily goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor efficiently.
- Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company timelines.
- Oversee the flow of e-commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
- Handle the flow of damaged, unsellable, and repair products.
- Organize packaging and stationery both physically and within IT systems.
- Coordinate the display objects system.
- Participate in the management of uniforms and gifts flow.
- Ensure correct protection and packaging of products for store and e-commerce transfers.
- Adopt company guidelines in theft situations, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
- Support investigations in the event of system discrepancies.
- Manage product flow and documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
- Participate in the organization and execution of physical and cycle inventories.
- Support warehouse activities related to sales.
- Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
- Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing space utilization.
- Support Sales Associates and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain relationships with providers.
- Update and organize archives monthly.
- Comply with KPI updates, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.
- Experience in a similar role within luxury women's ready-to-wear.
- Fluent spoken English; additional languages are desirable.
- Passion for human relations and sales.
- Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry, particularly in women's ready-to-wear, is required.
