1. Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
2. Manage daily goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor efficiently.
3. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company timelines.
4. Oversee the flow of e-commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
5. Handle the flow of damaged, unsellable, and repair products.
6. Organize packaging and stationery both physically and within IT systems.
7. Coordinate the display objects system.
8. Participate in the management of uniforms and gifts flow.
9. Ensure correct protection and packaging of products for store and e-commerce transfers.
10. Adopt company guidelines in theft situations, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
11. Support investigations in the event of system discrepancies.
12. Manage product flow and documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
13. Participate in the organization and execution of physical and cycle inventories.
14. Support warehouse activities related to sales.
15. Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
16. Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing space utilization.
17. Support Sales Associates and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
18. Maintain relationships with providers.
19. Update and organize archives monthly.
20. Comply with KPI updates, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.

1. Experience in a similar role within luxury women's ready-to-wear.
2. Fluent spoken English; additional languages are desirable.

3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry, particularly in women's ready-to-wear, is required.
